New personnel appointments at Volga JSC
The company's management appointed Yulia Isupova Deputy General Director for Supply Chain. Yulia entered into her duties on August 15, 2022.
At JSC Volga, Yulia will be involved in implementation of the integrated sales and operations planning process (S&OP), improving customer service, supply chains optimization and arranging interaction and data exchange between departments.
“As JSC Volga is at the new stage of strategic development, increasing productivity, expanding the product line and deliveries geography, it was decided to create a new division that will coordinate activities both between the company and consumers, and between structural divisions based on the world best practices,” says Sergey Pondar, CEO.
“JSC "Volga" plans to reach a whole new level in terms of speed and efficiency of interaction with customers,” says Yulia Isupova, Deputy General Director for Supply Chain. “We will develop our work in this direction based on synchronizing the work of all services, in particular sales, procurement, production, logistics to improve the level of service, optimize delivery time, reduce costs and find the most efficient solutions for the company and its customers.”
Yulia came to JSC "Volga" from "Sveza-Les" company, where she was a logistics director. She has 25 years' experience in large Russian and foreign companies such as Termex, OTIS Lift, Stimorol, Ford Motor, BTK Group, and in various business areas: wood processing industry, automotive industry, heavy machine building, housing development, production and sale of household appliances, food industry.
She graduated with honors from St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications with a degree in radio engineering. She has many diplomas in management, finance, audit and supply chain management and localization experience (import substitution).
Yulia is fond of painting and sports: skiing, tennis, fitness, likes to travel.
