The 28th International Exhibition for the Packaging Industry RosUpack 2024, which was attended by managers and dedicated experts of Volga JSC, ended in Moscow.

According to the promoters, the exhibition broke last year's records: more than a thousand exhibitors, 20 countries-participant and almost 30 thousand visitors.

During four days of operation, from June 18 to 21, the Company booth received hundreds of visitors, dozens of negotiations and meetings were held. Volga JSC Commercial Service employees met with existing and new customers from major cities in Russia, China, India and near-abroad countries.

Representatives of Volga JSC told their partners about the growth program of the Company, implementation of investment projects, in particular, preparations for the launch of a new recycled pulp line and reorientation of PMM6, and entered into new cooperation agreements.

Leading industry experts gave an outlook on the development of the pulp and paper industry and the paper packaging market, discussed the state, trends and prospects for packaging development, recycling technology and infrastructure development. Market trends and advancements in technology, innovations in the packaging industry interested the audience of the business program as well.

“The Commercial Service team did an excellent job in their usual manner,” Deputy Sales General Director Dmitri Krivoruchenko made a comment. – This year Volga JSC took the exhibition with a new private house building booth. Many partners with whom we met at the booth shared their impressions with us and noted that the Company is bills itself in a new light. Volga JSC focuses on the production of 45-120 g/m2 light and ultra-light container boards. This sets us apart from most of our competitors. At present, the major equipment of the reoriented PMM6 and new recycled pulp line is being installed at the production site. This will increase the production volumes of low-basis weight corrugated board flutes and light liners with high strength and humidity resistance indices. Participation in the RosUpack Exhibition once again showed us that many of our current and future customers take a great interest in new PMM6 products, and this means that the Company is moving in a positive direction.”
